The following General Online Sales Conditions govern the B2B sales contracts executed through telematic methods, of the products presented on the website www.omarlit.store owned by Omarlift Srl, with registered office in Bagnatica (BG), via F.lli Kennedy 22 / D 24060, CF1103461051 and VAT number IT02324600168, registered in the Register of Companies of the Chamber of Commerce of Bergamo (Italy), REA n. 278069

These General Conditions of Online Sale are governed by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no.70 / 2003) and by Italian law and apply exclusively to the sale via the Internet (Online Sale), in which the buyer is a person who buys for business or professional reasons and not for personal reasons.

Parts of the contract, contractual documents and acceptance of the General Conditions

  • Seller: OMARLIFT SRL, registered in the Business Register of the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce n ° 278069, with registered office in via F.lli Kennedy 22 / D 24060 Bagnatica (BG) - VAT number 02324600168 and C.F. 11034610151
  • Customer: authorized legal person who acts as installer or maintainer of lifting systems for people or things by means of lifts and hoists who, identified by registering on this website, has forwarded a purchase order relating to products and / or provision of services in the online catalog, at the time of submission.
  • The purchase and sale of products and services, together with the guarantee conditions of the individual products which form an integral part of them, is regulated by these General Conditions and govern the relationship between the Seller on the one hand and the Customer on the other.
  • By submitting the order, the Customer explicitly declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions.

How to purchase

  • In order to proceed with the purchase of products, the Customer must register on the website, during this registration the Customer is asked to enter in addition to the tax identification data of the company for the issuance of the electronic invoice, also a UserID (username) and a password, necessary to make subsequent purchases. After receiving the data from the Customer, the Seller will send an email to the Customer confirming the registration, thus allowing access to the site. The registration of the Customer's personal data takes place on the basis of and in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 containing provisions on "Protection of persons and other subjects in respect of the processing of personal data".
  • To proceed with the completion of the order, the Customer must indicate a chosen payment method among those proposed and a possible shipping address if different from the registration one.
  • Upon receipt of an order, the system automatically sends a confirmation of receipt by e-mail and then an order confirmation will be sent which summarizes the items ordered, their prices, the order number, the delivery address. delivery and the indicative date of preparation of the goods.
  • Omarlift Srl is free to accept all or part of any order received and reserves the right to refuse the order in the following cases: insertion of non-real personal data, previous breaches of any title against Omarlift Srl, registration of the Client in the list of protested companies, Customer submission to bankruptcy proceedings.
  • The prices of the products do not include transport costs and VAT (or other sales taxes) which will instead be indicated separately on the summary page proposed before payment. The prices of published products can be updated and therefore subject to variations; the Customer will purchase the products at the price published on the site at the time the order is sent.
  • Even if the availability of the product is clearly visible on the website at the time of the order, it could happen that the simultaneous access of many users changes the availability of the product. If the product is no longer available, Omarlift Srl will notify the Customer via email. In case of non-delivery of the ordered products, the Customer has the right to a full refund of the sums paid.
  • It is forbidden for the user to enter false and / or invented and / or fictional data. The personal data and email addresses must be exclusively their own and not those of third parties and / or make double registrations corresponding to a single person / company. Omarlift Srl reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest of the privacy and safety of its Customers. If it becomes aware of the existence of false purchase orders, fraud attempts or registrations that do not correspond to reality, it reserves the right to transmit to the competent authorities all useful information in order to facilitate investigations.

Terms of payment

The customer who purchases can use one of the following forms of payment:

  • Credit card: the accepted credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. In the case of purchase through this method, the credit card will be charged at the same time as the order is completed and the information relating to the buyer's credit card is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the bank that manages the transaction, without be neither visible nor memorable by Omarlift Srl.
  • PayPal: in the case of purchase through this method, the Customer is directed to the PayPal login page through which he can access his account and the amount relating to the order is charged at the time of acquisition of the same
  • Bank transfer : at the time of payment, the IBAN number will be displayed, the name to which the transfer is to be made and the indications for the purpose. Copy of the payment must then be sent to the address indicated in the summary page of the order. ATTENTION: the order will be prepared only after confirmation of receipt of payment by our bank.

Delivery methods

  • The delivery of the products will take place according to the methods chosen by the seller, according to the availability of the purchased products in stock.
  • We do not ship to Mail Boxes and / or to companies that provide domiciliation services.
  • Orders are accepted only with delivery in the territory of the Italian State (no triangulation) with the exception of the localities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.
  • Any delay in delivery or the unexpected impossibility of delivering one or more products ordered and confirmed does not invalidate the validity of the entire contract which remains valid with reference to any products already delivered or to be delivered in the future.
  • The shipment takes place either by an express courier (DHL) or by a trusted carrier (the latter for bulky packages, which cannot be collected by the courier).
  • Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check the correspondence between the number of packages received and those indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or, in any case, altered. .
  • Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified, adding a "specific control reserve" and indicating the exact reason for the same on the courier's proof of delivery (it should be noted that unfortunately without affixing the specific reserve, it will not be possible to claim against the courier in case problems arise once the goods have been collected). 
  • Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt and any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported to Omarlift Srl.
  • Any storage costs requested by the courier for failure to collect the package in storage will be charged to the customer and the customer authorizes Omarlift Srl to debit the amount due by credit card.
  • The return of the products is DAP (Return to place of destination) Inconterms 2010, so in the case of export, Omarlift Srl has no obligation to clear the goods for importation, pay any customs duties and charges that will be entirely borne by the Customer.

Processing and delivery times

  • Order processing times are 24/48 hours from receipt of the order for all items with the exception of pre-order items and pilots, for the latter the processing time is 4/5 days (For processing time yes means the time interval from receipt of the order to delivery of the same to the courier)
  • The courier delivery times are:

          24/48 working hours (1-2 days) depending on the delivery location for goods entrusted to DHL express courier (small and medium-sized packages)

          72/96 working hours (3-4 days) depending on the delivery location for goods entrusted to the trusted carrier (large packages)

In the event that the shipment is entrusted to the DHL express courier, the Customer will receive by e-mail the number of the waybill with which to retrace the shipment as soon as the courier has collected the package.

In the event that the shipment is entrusted to the trusted carrier, you will be contacted by telephone before delivery.


The warranty is valid for 12 months from the delivery of the product, after this period Omarlift Srl will not recognize the warranty. Depending on the case, the seller will carry out repairs or replacements of the product, at no cost to the customer; the terms of the new warranty start from the date of delivery of the repaired or replaced products.

In the event that, for any reason, Omarlift Srl is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to the customer, it may proceed at its discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the goods or to replace it. with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
In the event that the warranty provides for the return of the defective product, the goods must be returned by the customer with the original packaging complete with all its parts (including any documentation present in the packaging and accessory equipment) within 30 days of the communication. of vice.
The products will not be covered by the guarantee in the event that the customer has made an incorrect use of the products, or if any unauthorized modification or alteration of the products is highlighted, or if they have been stored in an inappropriate way taking into account the characteristics of the products, either installed incorrectly or without following the installation instructions.
The customer undertakes to support the Seller in withdrawing the defective products from the market in the event of an express request from the Seller.
The warranty applies only and exclusively to the product sold, it does not include the cost of labor for the installation or replacement of the component, nor any other cost arising from this activity, regardless of the cause of the failure.
For any dispute regarding the interpretation and / or execution of the sales contract, the parties expressly determine and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bergamo court. This contract is also governed exclusively by Italian law.
