Water/ oil cooling system
The heat accumulated by the hydraulic oil must be disposed of so the oil maintains the proper lubricating and viscosity properties. The water cooling system consists of: oil - water heat exchanger - electric pump with 1.5 kW three-phase motor - thermostat for adjusting the maximum desired oil temperature - water solenoid valve with 48 Vdc coil. In water cooling, the thermostat for controlling the oil temperature controls both the electric pump for the circulation of the oil and the solenoid valve for opening and closing running water, in this way water consumption is limited to the cooling operation period only.
